Meditation Course starts Friday 9 February, 6:30-7:30pm
Here at Canberra Yoga Space we finish the busy week in the best way we know how. Our meditation course is an excellent was to re-energising the body, clearing stress, letting go of accumulated tension, calming and stilling the busy mind, finding space within.

The classes develop your ability to let go and find stillness over our 10 week course term.

If you are a beginner or have completed our beginners course, this pass is suitable for you. What you are getting is access to over 30 classes prepared for an advanced beginner student. It also included two different styles of yoga for you to experience – restorative Yoga with Niki De Domenico, and Yoga Synergy with Pippa Matthews.
Please note: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the strongest of all the yoga styles. You are welcome to attend this class, and your unlimited pass will allow it, but be aware that it is strong practise suitable for individuals who are physically fit and with previous yoga experience. If you do attend – remember to practice at your own pace.
