So you’ve tried a yoga class or two. We hope that the styles of yoga, and the teacher’s approach worked for you and that you enjoyed the experience.
Most people have attended yoga once or twice, and have made up their mind about it. If you were lucky to have attended an amazing teacher, and a style of yoga appropriate for what you needed at that time, you are likely to have fallen in love with yoga.
If you weren’t as lucky, did you know that there are at least 12 recognised styles (or schools) of yoga? The range of yoga styles varies from some very quiet, slow-paced and gentle classes, to some very dynamic ones.
Canberra Yoga Space is the first dedicated yoga studio in Canberra offering a comprehensive range of styles. We are opening on 17 March, and as we progress we aim to have as many of these styles for you to explore. Look forward to seeing on the mat!
