After a sellout last time, the Myths, Meditation and Relaxation workshop is back, one last time this year, on Sunday 20 October at Canberra Yoga Space in Phillip. For 2.5 hours in the cosy studio, you will be relaxing in gentle restorative floor based poses while Katie tells you stories of some well known and lesser known Goddesses, reflecting on what those stories mean for your yoga practice today.
